i am about to purchase an in-car dvd player with all the mp3, bluetooth added extras. it comes with instructions, but in general, are they easy to fit? im not an expert or anything but how easy is it? or should i get some one to do it for me?

  1. If you have to ask the question that means no you can't do it !
  2. this may help you http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/S-hauYBmCRZzH/learningcenter/car/car_stereo/installation_video.html
  3. Yes you can fit it yourself, you need a connection for the make of your car that will connect straight your new dvd player, you can get these from where you purchased the dvd player. hopefully this helps // all the best????
  4. well, basically the technical specifications of the average 43cm x 56cm dashbord biologically sulphuricide product should technically fit to the bios operating system of a average 4 cylinder automobile system.
  5. depends on you. is it a double din or single. single will give you some extra room to work with. be creative!
  6. pretty straight forward in most modern cars. you must buy a wiring harness (this connects your new head unit to your car without the need to cut or join any wires yourself. when you buy your dvd player make sure you can actually get a harness for your make and model off car. then basically remove your old stereo and connectors and replace with new one.providing the new stereo is same dimmensions as old one it should fit reasonably well. if not you might have to buy a spacer to fill in the gap left by old head unit. just have a go..if you struggle with anything just take it to a local car audio shop. depending on where your buying the new unit from(shop) alot of them fit for free anyway
