my in-car dvd wireless headphones have stopped working. what do i need to do to check them.?

  1. Possible loose wire inside, failed part or even dirty contacts for the battery (I just fixed a wireless mic for a theater group that had dirty contacts). Dismantling may destroy the possibility to put back together. Take it back to the dealer.

  3. This happened to me a while ago, check all the buttons on the dvd and remote, as I had little fingers wondering what the buttons did and we lost the headphones and widescreen, good luck.

  5. There is always the possibility that the RF Transmitter from the DVD Source Unit has went bad. This would explain how you're not getting sound although the batteries have been replaced. The headphones still could be bad as well even with new batteries.
