  1. No, but when they do an appraisal at the dealership of the car's turn-in value, they will take into account the brand of tire that's on it. By the way, you might come out better by not replacing the tires. The appraiser can get a better deal on them.
  2. Did the dealership tell you to get new tires? I may be wrong but I don't think thats your problem. As long as its normal wear, I don't think you have to pay with your money to replace them. It's leased and once the lease is over, your completely free of the costs of the car and since its leased and not financed, you don't have to worry about a trade in value because if you wanted to keep the car, you would either refinance it with the remaining price of the car when bought or just start a new lease/finance.
  3. i would check the contract aggrement
  4. Obviously they wont take the car back with bald tires as one claimed, that is a very good question. I would think that it wouldn't matter what brand but you need to read the lease agreement.
  5. I really don't think they would like 2 differen't type of tires on the vehicle, check with the dealer that you are taking it back to and a lot of times if you re lease another vehicle from that dealer or buy a new one they will take care of the problem if you ask them to as part of the deal of you getting another vehicle from them.
