  1. the answer is yes!!!
  2. Yes
  3. They should fit without any problems.
  4. yes with out a problem all that is going to be diff is the height of the tire
  5. It is possible but I suggest using the same for all four tires. If you must do it as a spare for a short time it would be fine.
  6. Yes - they will fit fine, but the new tires will be a little larger in diameter (and circumference) than the old, so your speedometer and odometer will be off a bit. To explain why that is - 195 represents the width of the tire in mm, the 60 or 65 is the profile, which is the ratio of height to width. a 195/60 tire will be about 117 mm from the rim to the tread, a 195/65 will be 126.75. What I would recommend is after you change them, carefully compare your car odometer to the mile markers on a highway over a 10 mile stretch, this way you'll know how much it's off (it won't be a lot). Hope this helps.
  7. you will be going up a size which should probably not rub or anything as long as the 195/60r 15 were the original tire size to make sure open your drivers door and look at the sticker in the door jam going up one size won't hurt but if its been done before you might have problems
