i bought two new tires, should i replace it with the ones in the front or the back of my car?

my car is a ford mustang 05, so its a rear wheel drive.is it better to place the 2 new tires in the back?

1. i believe it would be more effective in the back because it's a rear wheel drive. The back wheel treads would wear out sooner.
2. id put them where their needed the most,check the wear on all of them ,most of the time you want to get good traction and you also need to have good steering ,so use your own judgment on this one,where ever their needed the most is where id put them at,good luck.
3. Generally I would say the front that is your steering and most of your braking. If you put them of the rear you will have traction, but without steering and braking its kind of a moot point. If the other tires are worn you really need to replace them also.
4. i would place them wherever they are needed so u dont go doen the road and have a flat cause ur tires are to worn
5. If you need tires you should replace all four, unless only one pair is worn out.
