I have a Panasonic CQ-VD7500 car dvd player and no brain for it....?

I have a Panasonic CQ-VD7500u car dvd player and no brain for it, however i want to know if the brain for a Panasonic CQ-VD7200u would work for the unit. The Panasonic Hotline is absolutely no help. someone please help that is the correct model number

A whole CQ-VD7500u includes the monitor, brain, and wiring. you have only a monitor? if it is,you can buy any brand car dvd player without monitor to connect. the monitor is valueless,maybe you can spend about 300 USD to buy a new CR023001,in dash car dvd player with touch screen + Bluetooth + TV + FM + AM + RDS + USB + SD.
4. Without the brain I wouldent know what to do sorry
