Will my car pass inspection with two different size tires?

I just replaced two tires on my car. The originals were 175/70R14, but the new ones (that are on the front) are 175/65R14. I'm in the process of getting low pro's for my 2005 Dodge Neon, but I don't have the money to get the back tires yet. I'm getting my car inspected soon, and was wondering if a garage would actually pass it? BTW, had it inspected a couple of months ago, and the garage told me that it was fine except I needed to replace two tires.

1. No problem with two different size tires. Some new cars are made this way. The Corvette has wider back tires. It will pass inspection as long as the tires on the same axle match.
2. Junior's right. On one car I had 14" fronts and 15" rears.
